Collective Coffee Roasters came to Muse Group to raise awareness of their brand, drive online sales, and create a community both online and in-person. However, between coffee shortages, rising supply costs, and tariffs, we knew we had to be creative with our approach.

Our Approach:

In an industry based on togetherness, it was important to develop both an in-person and online community of CCR’s loyal customers. Using a combination of social media, e-marketing, & word-of-mouth, we launched Coffee with Collective, a weekly meet-up for Elko locals to get together, enjoy coffee, & try CCR’s newest brews.

We also focused on increasing their online coffee retail to target consumers outside of Elko. Through e-marketing, social ads, and influencer outreach, we developed consistent messaging to target and re-target their ideal audience.

Since working with Muse, Collective Coffee Roasters sales have gone up 30% year-to-date!
